Pursuant to the ministerial decree (a degree, a startup / a ddegree, a patent), the rector of the university Pr.Meghachou Mourad received Mr. Djilali Laakabe, coordinator of the western regional commission and coordinator of innovation and university incubators, the members of the commission, the representative of the Algerian national institute of industrial property, the representative of the national agency for the promotion of the results of research and technological development, Thursday, October 27, 2022 at the faculty of natural and life sciences, earth and universe sciences.

The meeting held in the presence of the vice-rectors, the general secretary, the teachers and the students. 

This meeting aims to sensitize the researchers and the good knowledge on the decision and the mechanism by way of explanations and the mechanism of the implementation during this academic year, as well as in the previous days the University of Tlemcen did not have hesitated to provide information activities in the presence of university executives to raise awareness and explain the new strategy were also organized. 

During his speech, Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, the rector of the university indicated that this meeting reflects the great importance that the university attaches to this new proposal aimed at changing the point of view of students as a student applicant of employment to an entrepreneur providing jobs by embodying his own project.
